Boat Racing
We had to make boats for our creative corner activity for homework. On Friday we got to race them in the school pool. Since it was the last day the pool was going to be open for a while Miss Randall let us go swimming with our boats too. It was so much fun!

Art Extravaganza!
Last Friday in Room 7 we did this really cool thing. We coloured in pictures and then we made the picture come to life. We used a special app that if you held the iPad over the picture it would come to life in a few seconds.

Dancing girls
Hannah and Ella brought a video of when they were dancing at preschool. They looked very cute when they were dancing.
Writing Gone Wrong
This is Sam's writing. Room 7 had to help him do the correct spelling and check that his sentences made sense. We had five minutes to write 3 power sentences in our writing book.

Rain, rain go away...
Hi Room 7
What a wet and windy Wednesday!
I hope you are all snuggled up inside with a blanket and a cup of milo!
I came to school at 7.30 this morning and WOW what a sight I saw!
Water, water everywhere. It was in front of our classroom,behind
our classroom but thankfully not inside our classroom.
When I was looking at some photos of the flooding there was one photo
that really made me laugh. It had something to do with an unusual animal
crossing the road. Click on the link below and see if you can spot which
animal it is. If you find it make sure you write a comment that says you
have. Don't write down the animal though, lets leave it a surprise for
other people who visit our blog.
